Embracing Fall: Reconnecting with the Rhythms of Nature

Don’t you just love fall? The beauty of changing leaves, the cool, crisp air, the pumpkin spice lattes! Join me in embracing all the wonderful things this season has to offer.

What is it?

A new e-course that explores the symbols of fall and ways we can reconnect with the season through thought-provoking essays, juicy writing prompts, fun, creative assignments and more. Some of the goodies you’ll receive include space clearing tips and rituals, a chakra cleansing exercise, guided meditations and powerful abundance practices.

What does the course cover?

Powerful topics including:

  • Abundance – We’ll explore the link between abundance and the traditional fall harvest with insight on how you can increase your abundance here and now.
  • Balance – The fall equinox is just one symbol of balance we’ll reflect on in this course. We’ll also review methods for bringing more balance into our lives so that we can feel calm and centered.
  • Nesting – You’ll find most animals nesting during this time of year – and we should be doing the same thing! This class covers easy tips and tools to help you declutter, cleanse and bless your home.
  • Self-Care – Fall is the perfect time to focus on self-care rituals. As the days grow shorter, we naturally begin to turn inward and reflect on our lives. We’ll focus on using this energy to nourish and honor our bodies and minds.

When does the course start?

This year’s class has already started. Stay tuned for a re-working of the course material!

That’s why it’s made up of simple exercises, prompts and tips that don’t take a lot of time to do. Plus, it’s a self-paced course, so you don’t have to worry if life gets in the way and you fall a little behind. You can save all the emails so you’ll have them when the time is right for you.
